Overview

Deliver installation support, commissioning and warranty service nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation guidance and commissioning support
• Diagnose and resolve product and lighting control issues under warranty
• Log service visits and maintain accurate warranty records
• Coordinate with project sales and design teams on field feedback

Requirements

• Technical background in electrical works or lighting installation
• Comfortable with nationwide travel and field-based work
• Basic troubleshooting skills for LED drivers and control systems
• Valid driver's license preferred
